You don't have to have every answer. Together, we'll find the support that feels right for you and your growing family.
A steady, caring presence as you prepare for birth, explore your preferences, and welcome your baby.
Approachable, personal guidance as you learn to feed your baby and get comfortable with your own rhythm.
Time to learn, ask questions, and prepare together. Thoughtful education for you and your support person.

I'm a certified birth doula and lactation counselor. I help families feel supported as they prepare for birth and navigate those first feeding questions.
My approach is personal: making room for your questions, listening to what matters to you, and walking beside you as you make decisions for your family.
Whether you're looking for birth support, a little help with feeding, or a workshop to feel more prepared, let's start with a conversation.

A space for the beautiful beginnings, meaningful moments, and families who have invited me into their story.

Little notes of love from the mothers I've supported.
A thoughtfully designed, fill-in birth-plan resource to help you put your preferences on paper—even if you're preparing without a doula.
Space for your care team, comfort preferences, birth positions, and a meaningful verse or affirmation. Something personal to discuss with your care team.

A little clarity for a very big day.
